The person who signs under that name here is probably the better informed the world about our copyright, which conducts research for ten years. It was his view justice issue in the National Archives and discussed with all possible people who knew Victor / Angel whose last partner thereof and Eugene Sparrow, and the "informant" of Losfeld, Paul Morel.
It has a very interesting hypothesis about the real reason Losfeld charges in his memoirs, but I will not deprive him the pleasure of revealing himself - if he wishes, of course.
